I run a subscriber-only essay collection of Malaysian social media and pop culture #BeritaBaruNakUp, and co-founder of SHAZU Speaks that runs social audio chatrooms on news and current affairs in Clubhouse and Twitter Spaces.
I am also the East Asian representative of the International Association of Religion Journalists.
I am a humanist dad raising a daughter with my doctor soulmate. I love Deftones, sci-fi and fantasy, metalcore, anime, K-pop, hololive, gawking at architecture and history, and all kinds of good food.
